Do any of you Funsters know how the French BORNES work when you pay your 2euros for 100lts of water - are you also paying for 55mins of electricity? Or is it one or the other?
I have seen what appear to be canny French campingcaristes hook up to the electrics and use the electricity supposedly paid for by some guy filling up with water
Or am I being unnecessarily suspicious?

last time i saw one it was water or leccy your choice . but not both at the same time for the one fee.
