Pavilion top Car Park at Whitby? (1 Viewer)

Going to a Function at Whitby Pavilion 9th to 11th September.

Does anyone local know if Motor-home bays exist or that (M-H) Parking is allowed in the pavilion top car park?. The information I have is that 6 hours (Paid) is allowed (Free after 6pm?) and it would be close enough to get the Mobility scooter out and into the event.

The web page for Pavilion Top car park is Here. The bays are only car sized. Note "Weight restriction Cars and Light Vehicles only (per space)", "Suitable for Motorhomes/ Caravans No - Prohibition of waiting of motor caravans between 11pm and 7am".
Motorhomes are allowed in West Cliff car park but, again, you need to be away before 11pm.
Alternatively (you still need to be away before 11pm) you may be better to try on street parking on North Promenade/North Terrace.

If you can manage on street a bit further away you could use an unrestricted street. Details of restrictions are given Here.
The streets where motorhome parking isn't allowed between 11pm and 7am are North Promenade, East Terrace, Royal Crescent and Links View/Love Lane.
