The real problem with a password keeper/generator is that all of your passwords are then in one place and easy to steal.

I use Password safe both at work and at home.

I have noticed that the recommended work one is now KeePass.

Since 2005! 2000+ nights so far...
Dont use firefox or IE to remember your passwords - as by definition they have to be decrypted to be used - and I have a "tool" which just decrypts and tells me what they are. So not secure.

Use an "old timer" "open source" database - KeePass is my recommendation - and use a loooooooooooooooong sentence/password.

I've used Keepass2 for some time now and have no qualms recommending it, its free, gets good reviews, has a password generator and entries can easily be organised by creating additional folders.
