    Didn't even know this group existed..
    Sue and I are on the paleo diet.. 4th week and so far I've lost about 9lb and Sues lost about 8lb..
    Anyone else on this diet, we're sticking to it about 90%

    I'm impressed that you can still find Mammoth in East London.

    Mind you, given that 99.6% of our species' tool-using past was spent as nomadic hunter-gatherers there's a lot to be said for sticking with the tried and tested, although most of them didn't live beyond 40.

    Being, wheat, dairy, soya and yeast free, I do give a nod in its direction anyway and also try out some of the recipes. I think it's a very healthy diet and friends of mine who do follow it, say they have never felt so healthy.

    Hi I started this last week, bought Practical Paleo by Diane Sanfilippo. Felt awful for the first 3 days but better now, really tasty recipes, early days but loving it so far.
