On our recent trip to North Wales we found a nice place to stop overnight at Lanberis. This right opposite the Mountain Train and the foot tracks that lead to the stop of Snowdon.
Overnighting is allowed in the VERY large car park just below and owned by the Royal Victoria Hotel. The cost for 24 hours is £7 which also includes a tear off strip to claim £4 off of drinks etc at the RVH.(so only £3 for the night). WiFi is available in the hotel .
