Overnight Laybye Cambridge area (1 Viewer)

I am driving down the A1 from York to Duxford tomorrow evening, Thursday 20th Aug, can anyone please supply me with details of a laybye or similar where I can park overnight within approximately 10-20 miles of my destination.
My intention is to get to the Duxford museum early on Friday morning to give me a whole day there.
Thanks in advance for any help/advice.

There's a huge car park in the middle of St Ives that shouldn't be a problem. Nice town to visit as well.

If memory serves me right and you are in the caravan club there is a nice quiet farm CL about seven miles away near Royston, with ehu I think and straight down the road to Duxford. You need a long day there and you still wont see it all.

Try the village hall car park in Abbots Ripton nice and quiet and a short run to Duxford
