IMHO, From the look of it the motorhome was parked in the garden behind a security post and was hit by the blue car on its nearside forcing it into the building. The blue car has had its roof cut off by the fire brigade so the driver was probably injured. Notice the debris and chalk lines on the road, looks like a Police accident investigator is measuring the scene.

The blue car has had its roof cut off by the fire brigade so the driver was probably injured. Notice the debris and chalk lines on the road, looks like a Police accident investigator is measuring the scene.

Think the Blue car was on an a frame and the chap forgot it was on the back and reversed over it panicked and hit the throttle,, easy done...

Rubbish! absolute balderdash!
M/H parked minding it's own business, when the house moved, assaulting the rear of said innocent M/H.
Blue car passing, driver, an octagerian, driver had "accident", Fire persons, because of "accident" did not want to physically lift "ancient" person (because of "accident") so cut roof off and using a JCB lifted said ancient from vehicle, then hosed his lower area down before Paramedic persons would put said Ancient (now not so smelly) into their nice clean Ambulance.

Actually the car was stolen, and being chased by police when it presumably crossed the road out of control and hit the parked motorhome.
