Looks a quality bit of kit for somebody at not silly money. The body shell looks like it came from the same moulds as the Arnold and RMB so no seams or damp problems. It doesn't say which VW chassis it was built on so I dont know the gross weight. It could be anything from 2800 upto 5000kg. Well appointed bit of kit though. Wonder if its the td engine, not that it matters that much only the turbo is much more powerful. The 6 cylinder VW is very reliable. Well spotted Terry.

Can't remember ;)
I think the LT45 was the turbo one.I had one of the builders vans - used to feel like the engine was made of silk, never reved hard but pulled like a train-- bloody very expensive on parts :Eeek:but never needed many ::bigsmile:Let it go and went onto LDVs (dirt cheap) until they stuck tranny engines into them

I had an LT28 built by a Dutch boatbuilder for he and his wife. Great van and as you say the engine was so smooth. Drove like a car.
