Hi guys can anyone help with my 12 volt step,its retracting both ways very slowly most times needs a push or pull,any advice would be appreciated as we are off to France in two weeks

Is your leisure battery fully charged? Ours had a similar problem but when I charged the leisure battery on hook up it operated perfectly.

Also give the mechanism a good jet wash as they tend to catch all the spray from your front wheels. I think that it is best to lubricate with WD40 rather than oil as dirt will stick to the oil and can clog the mechanism up.

hi ours was the same so we put wd40 on it and no problem since use sparingly
