Not only has our motorhome insurance gone up when we havent made any claim

Our motorhome home insurance has always been full comp

BUT !!!!! BEWARE !!!!


make sure you scrutinise your new policies carefully

our new policy refers only to "camping equipment" being insured under the contents part.

There is no definition of camping equipment included but having investigated, there is loads it doesnt include such a luxury items eg loungers etc.

make sure you read the small print on your renewal notices and make sure you get clarification before committing.

Motorhome Insurance

Hi, To you all.
Just a note on Comfort insurance.
Been with them for years.
Not impressed with their service, never had a claim, but got the impression due to having
an older Motorhome there was not so much profit in for them, and would not give me European breakdown cover.

Went to SAGA and guess what a lot cheaper and they included a full European breakdown cover.:thumb:

Got my renewal through and thought it was a bit steep,so I had a ring round and found the same cover £72 cheaper.I then contacted my broker who said they could match the quote by all but £7 . Well worth ringing round in my opinion. Loyalty means nothing in todays society.
