Hi All

I have a Renault master dci 140 i want to top up the engine oil.
On the last service the oil used was Elf evolution 5w 40 which i think is a fully synthetic oil.

The question is can i use another make of oil to top up or should i stick with the one used.

Hi Billy.

As long as the oil you are going to use is the same spec. as the Elf then you should be OK.
I would not mix oil of different spec's.
If you look in your manual it should give the spec. required to match oils from different oil companys.
