I've just inspected the underside of the Van has I had noticed very minor brown staining here & there on the outside lip at the bottom of the sills.
On investigation the factory underseal has come away from the inside of the lip & allowed water to get in between the underseal & metal.
I can get under the Van & remove the underseal & then carefully clean the metal with a small wire brush, my question is what do I then protect it with?
Waxoyl is the obvious answer but Hammerite also do underseal with added waxoyl which might be more durable.
Has anyone got experience of how well this stuff performs or of any other products that would do a better job ?
What I want to happen is whatever I put on will stick like S**T to a blanket & stay stuck. :thumb:

I got to do the same. I'm going to rub it down, and apply kurust or stop rust, then use a primer then use stone chip paint to finish. Hope this helps. Hope it's not to bad.
