Hi all
Off on first long trip in van on monday .
Slow meander up to maybe skye as dont want to do too much each day .then over to arbroath to see my step mother then down to misterton to meet some more funsters .

Hi come and say hello if you see us we are off up there on Tuesday for a month then making our way to the Stratford show, making our way to Arisaig then over to Skye, if you spot a Hymer with a couple of Blue Camels on the back and of course our FUN stickers you have found us. Have a good trip.

Both of you who are heading to Scotland dont forget Dumfries and Galloway great for mh and i can recommend some good sites and wild camping.

Ken bridge hotel in dunfries and galloway for two nights supposed to be able to catch crayfish on site .May give it a try
Any recomendations for other sites welcome .

heading for the land of Haggis and Clootie dumpling ourselves in a few days so keep an eye open and you might just manage to avoid us, hee hee.

Hi Ken hotel is at the top of loch ken lovely place im not into fishing but i have heard its really good there and loads of wildcamping spots around clatteringshaws. Also loch ken site is nice and there is either a cl or cs just close to hotel. If you fancy staying in castle douglas the council have a nice little site there right on the loch just basic but right in the town centre.
Lochmaben has a nice little council site right on the loch and centre of town/village. Or if you like bigger sites brighouse bay is a lovely site and loads of fishing there too.
