First time out in the new aquisition this weekend. Not sure where we are going, but we'll head of Arundel, and see where we end up. Hopefully we'll stay at soem cl/cs down that way and take in a bit iof the coast as well.

Arundel.....

Black Rabbit - very nice (popular) riverside pub

Climping is nearest bit of seaside. Past the Black Horse (also good), the attendant will move the height barrier at the beachside car park.

Yup, he did that,...but he threw a ball of paper at me for saying that i'd heard about him on a website.......pretended that it was a dating website::bigsmile:, the chap has a good sense of humour, they also do a mighty fine breakfast, the toilets are spotless and it is a nice place to relax for a couple of hours.
The car park closes at 8pm, and they fine you £50 if they have to come and let you out........not sure what they would do to a motorhomer who did,nt want to get out:ROFLMAO:........it would be an excellent place to overnight, quiet, by the sea, just a tad windy.
We are now having a break before dinner at a CS at Selsea...trying all the bits and bobs on the van, everything is working proper nice at the moment, will try the shower later::bigsmile:, we have already found some stuff we wont need anymore, that,ll lighten the load a bit.
If you ever get bored, follow the A259 from Brighton toward chichester etc, plenty of things to see.

The A259..wonderful... see the traffic jams .. if the lift bridge is due to open at Newhaven then the A259 is chaos and the jams go back miles.. not a nice road in the rush hours.:Sad: if you need a faster route the A27 a couple miles in land will get round Newhaven.. but the harbour and fort are worth the visit.. Seaford has good parking and out of season you can get a camper along the front.

Some good spots past Brighton as you head to Newhaven, Seaford and on to Eastbourne and Pevensy bay.
