hi guys got a nozatec satnav it has bluetooth in the control panel but when i try to open it i get this error message bluetooth hardware error 10050 (controller not present ) does this mean i dont actually have bluetooth total newbie to all this idiots guide needed

I have the same unit and think it's the same message. I will have to dig out the box and check.
