Mini busses will be running a shuttle service from the site at 7pm Friday night no need to book just pay me at the Indian and I will sort payment
I will be on site from Monday 4th. So any one can just turn up and pay for the number of nights you stay. Again you can pay me. As I will need a holiday after the meet ( tips are accepted at your discression ) he he he

Match makers are charged triple for the weekend rally. It's in the constitution rule 227 .9. P:thumb:

If you can tell them just to turn up and phone me when they arrive

Ian - have you got a list of folk attending yet? Or are you still on your jollies around the country?

I am now back in teesside so should get online more so a full list should appear

Or we could have a competition on how many people will arrive
certain individuals would be barred from taking part as inside dealers oh:

Put your guesstimate on to the arrivals notice Slip when on site hand in to rally marshal by Friday morning 11AM
We Will announce winner on the Sunday morning in the club house

List of attendees was for when the meet had a limited amount of places. That is no longer as I have agreed to as many who can come. I may ask a few with large motor homes to allow us to stack smaller motor homes on your roof if too many attend

Top prise a weekend off peak at the Longridge site for one van and two adults and two children

There will be Chinese lanterns for sale £1.00 each we will have a lantern party on Saturday evening at about 6.30

Lets see how many we can sett off for a good cause :thumb:

If you have any motorhome items you want to sell bring them along
Any thing not sold can be donated to me

Can you also let me know on Friday if you want beacon butty on Sunday morning ( ok for the posh folks bacon ) beacon fell view camp site oh:
£1.00 each plus how many you want so we don't get too many ( save on waste)

Due to the number of vans attending on Thursday can you all please note
There may be a delay in getting on to the site
If you can all meet up on the Motorway then set off at ten minuet intervals that may help

As this is my first ( and may be my last) rally. Stress head is starting to see the enormity of the task of just getting every one on to the site

So any one who can help direct traffic on Thursday please don't by shy and let me know ( I can imagine a four mile traffic jam at the gate)

Can any one help with bacon on Sunday ?
Polly will be selling raffle tickets all week ( she is going shares with me ). Whoops did I write thatoh: wishful thinking

Can any one set up a treasure trail for the children ? Sweets hidden in the safe area so they can spend some time finding them

I am sure my panic will subside one I get there I hope so.
