NOVA (Notification of Vehicle Arrival). (1 Viewer)

Dealer phoned me today to tell me my new Pilote has had it's PDi at Fiat and is fine. She then says she still cannot apply for registration due to "NOVA" not being processed which means vehicle will not now be available on 22nd March. Any one ever heard of this or had the same problem?

I think I'm right in saying that the Vatman needs to be told about imports within 14 days. Maybe it's a mistake or maybe they are delaying a VAT bill, though I don't know enough about the procedure to be sure.
