Northen Show Cheshire July (1 Viewer)

Just booked the Northen Show in July with Warners, arriving on the Thursday. Booked on Motorhome Fun Club. Just tried to complete the calander to let the club know we have booked the show but wont let us do it.
Can anyone let us know how to do this.
