Just got one of these from Dog Doza, on offer. This is the smaller size at 0.7 litres for £8.40 with free postage.
As seen on Dragon's Den.....

Had one of these for a few years. It's excellent. Sometimes quite stiff to open it apart to clean underneath though.

We've got one, or something very similar, in the van. It does exactly what it claims to do (y)

We have one, sometimes the floating insert sticks a bit, our two whippets just look pathetically at us then, but my son's pointer just sticks his big paw in it and pushes it down to get more water :)
Doesn't spill water at all, even when I'm driving !

We've got one and it's a job and a half to get the lid off to empty it !

We have six of them! Two large and four small - great inventions and yes hard to spill water out of them even when Victor turns his upside down in his cage!

For us its not the bowl that spills its our GSD you would think he's got a sieve for a mouth when he drinks :)

Phoebe is the same.....and then there is the sloshing sound she makes when she decides to go for a front paw paddle!

[QUOTE="ScotJimland, post: 1439370, member:

I'll stick to mopping up the odd spill[/QUOTE]

I would be wiping up and changing vet beds all the time if I used ordinary drinking bowls in the car or MH.

Jessie's not too keen drinking out of the bowl with the floating plastic insert inside. Since I've taken it out she's much happier and the rim is enough to stop any spills.

I found that a standard pottery dog bowl with a small lip on the inside was good enough most of the time so long as we didn't do an emergency stop!

However I picked up an anti-spill one at at car boot sale for 50p, not exactly the same as the OP (no insert) but does the same job, similar to this but mine is yellow

Well I did say it was on offer. I don't think it's particularly expensive, but hey ho, if it works then it's worth it :)

I have used it today and it's no problem getting the lid off, so all good there.

@movan
I collected Faith on Saturday, she's a live wire and keeping me on my toes. She's a cutie

We use one, but we took the floating bit out as Rocky was made to work too hard to get a drink, but minus that it still works well. All that should really be in the past tense, as Rocky died last Sunday :cry:
