Hi everybody, For them who have seen our competition to win a motorhome

We have reduced the entry fee down from £30 to £5.00 and also removed spot the ball,

Since the change there have been more interest.

    Hi Stan

So it is now basically a lottery as there is no real skill needed to win.. the answers are too easy or too easy to find .. is this not in contravention of the Gambling Act 2005 ?

    Hi Jim,
If you go to my website click on FAQ,S than click on the link SOLICITORS LETTER

you will see that the competition falls outside of a lottery,

try advertising in the local and national papers, some may even take it up as a story of interest and not charge you good luck with your venture

    Thanks Jim,
As you can now see by reading the solicitors letter the competition is a game of skill and not a lottery or a game of chance,

    Stan,

Which bit of Jim's request for "no more threads about this" in your previous thread did you fail to understand?

    :Angry::Angry::Angry:

Oh, and I hope people read rule 40
"The promoters will be entitled to retain up to 30% of entry fees to cover administration, marketing expenditure and charity donation - The remaining balance following deduction of this sum is the "Prize Fund". There are two options available at this point -

The winner will be offered the option to pay the balance of the outstanding (unsold) tickets and therefore take ownership of the Motorhome
If option 1 is not chosen - The winner will be entitled to the 'Prize Fund'

So, if you win, you'll have the option to PAY ANY OUTSTANDING SHORTFALL OF UNSOLD TICKETS or, get a prizefund from which 30% may already have been deducted to cover admin etc.

And the odds of winning a Premium Bond prize are actually shorter than the odds of winning this raffle, despite Mr Freeman saying that they aren't.

If you want to enter, please do so by all means.

    Hi mr Smurf,
There has never been a mention of premium bonds by myself or on my website, you must have been looking at another competition,

Stan, with only 70 tickets sold out of 16,000 I dont think you have a cat in hells chance of selling them all. Think its time you called it a day.

    From you site.

Of course the chances of winning are going to be higher than entering the National Lottery or even the Premium Bonds, so it could be your best chance to become the new owner of this much cherished and cared for vehicle.
