No aircon, heater or fan working (1 Viewer)

on my 2014 Sprinter en route on a 4 week trip first of all aircon stopped working but fan was working ok then today found cab heater and fan not working on any speed setting as well as no aircon, no lights on dash showing fan or aircon switched on, checked fuses all ok, any ideas welcome.

Sounds like the fan speed switch is faulty, 2014 vehicle should be still covered by warranty ?

Should be a warranty job, fan was working after aircon packed up then day after no fan or heater and the little lights on switches failed to light to show they were on, checked all fuses and all ok, have booked it in at Mercedes truck dealer in Exeter for when we return at end of July
