Hi, we fancy getting away next winter but not sure we fancy Spain. So what is the south of France like in say Dec/Jan/Feb thinking we could always drop into Spain for a short break? ::bigsmile:

Our experience Ken, was that it is colder than further S into Spain. Why drive all that way to miss out on the warmer weather you would come here for.

We are at Zahora with the other funsters & have had some good weather since we got here at the beginning of January. :sin: Remember though this is winter even down here so it wont be all sun.

If the wind blows over the Pyrenees, and there will be snow up there in the winter, it will be very cold in N Spain & S France.

Salamanka was where we stopped on the way home last week.. Froze our bits off !!

Afraid the only answer is to be south of the of 40 degrees north. be it Spain, Greece, Italy or whatever
