    Hi all!
After much dreaming and discussion, we've finally taken the plunge and bought our first motorhome. We found this forum when we were looking for advice on an insurance issue, and we were blown away by all the friendly help and support from members. We're really excited about our new hobby and are looking forward to everything from day trips, to weekends away....and of course, longer periods when work commitments allow. Also we're hoping to join in on some rallies and make new like-minded friends after we take delivery of our pride and joy in a week's time! :thumb:Regards, Tony &Liz

We went for a Pioneer Magellan after looking at dozens of different sizes and layouts. Choosing her was the easy bit ....now comes learning to manoeuvre her :Eek!: It's just a hobby at the moment....no thanks to our work commitments....but it's something we've both dreamed of for ages and, if the reality is half as good as the dream, who knows where it might lead!?!

Too true Terry....if only everything related to this motorhoming milarkey was such good value for money!!

Lovely idea, thanks, but unfortunately we don't take delivery until a week on Saturday.

Go somewhere fairly local for your first trip if going alone. If you go to a funster meet, then you can go further afield as if you have any questions, queries etc there will be plenty of experienced hands around to show you the ropes!
