Hi everyone - We're hoping to retire next year so have bought our motorhome in readiness and are going on our first holiday in it to the Dordogne in early June.
Hope we've introduced ourselves correctly.

That's a nice change, the message is often "hope to retire then we buy a motorhome".

Forward planning.

Dordogne great don't miss Rochamadour ( spell ?? ). Don't go with the ACSI DVD, it's soooooo useful.

welcome also from us

A warm welcome from us also.. hope you like the forum.. great place to get loads of free info..

We are off to Normandie area on the 5th June and spending a few weeks at a site we like and use the car (on the trailer) to visit local places... normally we head South, but this year instead of just a couple nights on this site we are using it as a base. Love our trips to France each year.

I hope you enjoy your motor home and get to use it a lot when you retire.

Hi everyone, thank you all for your very warm welcome.

Sorry for the delay in replying but I couldn't remember our password - how embarrassing is that! For once the old man came in useful because he actually remembered it. Jill.

We're busy getting ready for France, the Mrs assures me that she will get everything in  I'm not so sure and have already got the forms for raising the payload. Colyn

Finding our way around the Forum, which looks really good so I'm sure we'll be in touch again soon. :thumb:
