    Hi & Welcome

    Its a little early and I'm sure a Funster will be on here soon to answer your question. We've just spent a week in France and cant wait until next year to head further South and for longer we hope next time. Happy travelling.

    Hi and welcome to the site.

    There will be lots of info. on France if you look all around this site but I am sure many will see your post and come up with suggestions especially when you ask specific questions.

    We have just had nine weeks in France (the first time with a Motorhome ) we found it brilliant and absolutely nothing to feel nervous about.

    Enjoy Alan and Lynda

    We also have an active chatroom do drop by and say Hi. Good test for the van with people on hand to help out if you have any problems or need advice.

    Heck I have to agree with Wildman on this occasion, Shepton Mallet is not too far from you and it will be a brilliant introduction to motorhoming for you.

    I promise that you will not meet a more friendly group of people, we went to our first one this year at Knutsford and there is nothing to be nervous about,it was just brilliant.

    Please do not worry about the lack of response on the site at the moment, almost everyone is out enjoying their motorhomes at this time

    Hi carolynmaria139:welcomefunster:

    So agree with Wildman an ideal way to start motor homing, people on hand for any questions, and to help with problems.

    Don't worry they will let you do your own thing, but will be there if needed.

    Hi!

    Good idea , join us to the Shepton Mallet show and i'll try to answer your questions as far as France is concerned.

    Now , have to say that i don't have any motorhome so can't answer to practical questions as free aires etc... but many on here will answer those questions far better than me. You'll probably have to buy a few essentials books and have a good sat nav;

    Meanwhile, welcome on board and ..... to France when you'll cross the channel

    Amicalement
