Moving over from caravanning and have been looking at the Hymer CL698, Burstner Nexxo T740 or T745 and the Dethleffs T7150...

We're just a couple and a dog, and 85% of the time in use will be on the continent..so we will be looking at a LHD purchased in France/Germany.

So I'm looking for general info./advice on the relative quality of the vans/manufacturers and any experiences of the after sales of the three companies.

Thanks in advance..

Hello and welcome!

We have a Niesmann & Bischoff - I can tell you about that but don't know about the ones you mention... there's lots of folk who will know though.

Hymer, Burstener, Dethleffs they are all quality vans so really it comes down to what suits you.

Hi Guy's, welcome. we too are 'Just a couple + dog' we looked at most of the units you mention. I have some experience in joinery, and have done some internal mods to our Niesmann Bischoff Arto and can only say that the build quality is incredible. the detailing is very impressive. Also the main panel walls are thicker and are Aluminium inside and out, whereas most others are lined internally with 6mm ply.
Enjoy the search.
