Nice work by Graham :thumb: Consider though that not all Alko's have grease nipples some are maintenance free. If you don't have a manual with yours contact Alko with your Alko chassis number if in doubt.

thats a good link for alko. A few years back we had a caravan with an alko chassis, and it came with all the manuals for cooker, heater etc, but the alko chassis one was in German. There was no internet in them days to download these things. We had to go to the local caravan place and ask, and if you were going to do it yourself, they werent too helpful.

Note: The rear axle must be greased when the rear axle is not loaded. [HI]If the vehicle is ftted with AL-KO Air Suspension, Air Premium the axle is maintenance free.[/HI]

the axle bearings are sealed and maintenance free but the axle tubes and torsion rods on none air systems still need lubing.
Its the rods which wear and snap through lack of grease.

Full air suspension wont have torsion rods so no grease needed.
