Newark lost document (1 Viewer)

Hi can anyone advise us what to do? We booked and paid for Newark last October and got something back from the organisers( what we can't remember: senior momentsoh. Dave filed it straightaway. We got the green tickets through the post last week. But now we can't find the thing that came last Oct. Was it the windscreen notice for the fun site?
Should we have had it by now?oh:

This is our first time, so not an expert but I think the first letter was just confirmation.

We received our tickets along with a leaflet to be displayed in windscreen, an info sheet and letter, I think this is all you need and not the first letter.

Might be worth downloading one of the Rally Windscreen Labels from this site (Can't find them at the moment...) and also worth telling the People at the gate you are with the MOTORHOMEFUN group when you arrive?

I'm sure that was only the confirmation letter.

That was just your confirmation letter last year.You don't need it. You have everything you need in this last letter that you've just received- tickets, windscreen label etc.(It actually says Motorhome Fun on the label in the bottom right hand corner)
When you arrive just inform them on the gate that you are with "Motorhome Fun"
So don't worry, enjoy the show and we will see there :thumb:

Thank you so much everybody. This Senior moment business is getting more serious than I thought! We looked PROPERLY and found the slip in the envelope. Looking forward to seeing you all at the weekend..

We're getting there just after you so I've told them to look for a man in a yellow and black jumper buzzing onto the site and have the Dulux and brushes ready for you before you pitch.
