I have been looking to update our website. I put in an application for funding last week for £18,000 to pay for a new website. I have just had an interview with the funders and their chosen supplier "a leading company for building charity websites", their words not mine. They have built websites for hubbub, old royal naval college, the haven and the scouts. The next stage is to put together a website strategy and design, but to do this I have to demonstrate the impact our new website will have, so far I have raise the profile of the organisation through partnership working, marketing and monitoring of SEO (something I didn't know about until @Jim and @NickNic explained), monitoring and evaluation of stakeholders and clients, signposting, secure peer to peer support and raise awareness by trending topical pieces. Can anyone think of anything else that would help my application?
