finally done it, the wife and I talked about getting a motorhome over a year ago after sellling our beloved motor boat but it was decided that a loft conversion would be money better spent. so now that is all complete we decided to go back down the motor home root. one trip to a local dealer, 3 vans and 2 hours later we both fell in love with the 2008 lunar roadstar. deposit paid and handover date on the 1st march. hopefully exciting times ahead with a 2 week trip to Scotland planned for june.

We gave up motorboating 5 years ago in favour of a motor home and have wondered why we did not do it earlier; weather, wind and sea state no longer feature in our daily plans. Exciting adventures. You will not regret it.

we loved the world of boating but as you say most of the time stuck in the marina due to weather and sea state hence the move, fingers crossed we will love the move over to a motorhome.
