I think "across the pond" means from the USA. Priced at £350, it's pretty damned expensive.

I'd prefer to see them with cleverer route planning, so it doesn't take you off a main road, onto a town's back streets, and back onto the main road afterwards ... to save time oh:

I've had TomTom Truck of UK, Europe on SD card, for some time and it's only within the last couple of months that TomTom have started upgrading the map. Quite expensive though.
