Mine is crap at the moment as its 3 months old rain pours in when driving hail comes in when parked and the draught is not beer just cold, so yes its crap until Autotrail fix it if they can

Bugger waiting for them to fix it, all that damp is causing other problems you don't want to be saddled with. You paid for a new van so make sure you get one.
