Bought a new bessacar 412 may 2016. Been out in it several times. Have not used for the last 5-6 weeks and vehicle bathere has gone flat. Fixed hook up but cannot select vehicle battery to rexchange it. Any suggestions would be welcomed.

As your van is new, you should have a host of instruction books. Should be in one of those. On our Swift, the control panel is above the hab door and the different batteries are selected there. I hope you manage to sort it out. :xThumb:

I think you may have the control panel below

If so you should just have to press 'vehicle battery' to switch charging from hab to vechicle. If this doesn't work, there may be a fault on the panel or charger.

Hi and welcome Alan , as John says above make sure you have the front vehicle battery selected , and hopefully the vehicle battery should be able to recover and charge up as normal :)

Many thanks for all the suggestions. I do have the panel over the door as shown and I have tried selecting the vehicle battery on it but all that happens is the leisure battery panel lights up. Could it be because the voltage has dropped too low? Only measured 2-3 volts on my meter!!
