Thinking of bringing a beef madras, but as it is cooked slowly for 8 hours,I was hoping to make in advance and reheat slowly again. Will there be facility to do this eg oven on low heat or large gas hob on low, otherwise may have to change tack

Thank you very kind. Didn't think of the cadac . It's a very large casserole pot, may have to reduce pot size instead and cook for 3-4 only! Solution found
