This is my new boxed spare router however I'm not likely to need it as we have a 2 year warranty due to our '3' contract for our existing one so no point in having it just sat in the drawer.
My own B310 is the only means of connecting to the internet at home (no landline/fibre etc) and it is great - I can watch video, download, upload etc without a problem.
This is a very good high speed router at 150mps - put in a sim to get 3G/4G internet connection and connect to wifi with it too (although I've never tried as I've never needed to!).
You are able to put in 2 aerials on the back of the unit to improve your 3G/4G reception.
Its actually 12v with a transformer built into the mans plug end. It can either be used via an inverter with the original lead or if you replace it with a regulated 12v one you can use it direct with your camper's 12v sockets.

I'm looking for £50 including P&P
