New garage hinge (1 Viewer)

Hi my top garage hinge jammed solid and no matter how hard I tried to release it ,it wouldn't have it ,soaked in oil,heated it up,ended up mangled,with no paint left on it.

Anybody help me souce a replacement please? I would really appreciate your suggestions. Mclouise Tandy 673G top garage door hinge drivers side ,white in color. Please see pics

Try boiling it in water or soak in vinegar maybe.

this is how I finally got it separated from bracket boiled this five times and twisted with grips and it finally came apart from the said bracket . The fixing pin is permanently part of the top hinge thanks. I will have to re rivet the bracket back in place.
