New flip down Avtex unable to access DivX menu (1 Viewer)

Hi Guys, presently touring SW France with friends in a new Autotrail with the flip down Avtex tv. I cannot access the hidden memory to get it to play DivX files so it is hardly seeing any of m movies on a usb stick. Entering DVD menu to access the 4 line screen that enables ticking of the DivX box as in previous models does not work nor do either of the codes (9210 or 2580)

Anyone manged to crack the method and if so would you share the info!

Many thanks (site wifi restricted to bar and only allowed 1 hour every 12 so may not be able to respond quickly.)

might be a bit late, but have you tried Source followed by 0852?
