Hi all, I joined last night after reading all the great information about aire's in France. We have a Motor home 8 yrs and love France but this year I'd like something different then a campsite holiday, I am a mother of 6 (3 girls, 3 boys, the eldest two are married) , i have 2 grandsons and another grand baby due in November. I am a foster-mother so we will be travelling with 2 children aged 9 and 13(help). I'm not as old as i sound I haven't quite yet hit the half century, married to my very patient husband 27 yrs. I have a question when an aire has no electricity can anyone recommend what they do for TV and DVD or charging Nintendo's. Personally a good book does me especially if it comes with a cool glass of wine, but to keep my kids sane a DVD before bedtime with crisps and dip and a few sweets is a big part of their holiday.
Loved reading all your information about aire's in France someday in my dreams I have a gap year planned (that's what its called here in Ireland anyway by the young people they finish college and go off for a gap year) and in my gap year I get on the ferry not knowing where I will end up and if I don't like one place I will find another that I do. Sorry got side-tracked what do you do about electricity if the aire doesn't have any.
:thanks2:
