Proposal:The development proposes to: - redevelop the existing reception building including; new windows and doors, a new DDA compliant ramp, a new bicycle storage bay and new fencing and gates. - install a new timber clad wardens garage in place of an existing dilapidated shed. - install a new wardens bathroom and utility pod. - introduce 6 new all weather pitches, these pitches will replace the existing grass ones on site and will not increase overall pitch numbers. - install a new tarmac road to access the new proposed pitches
