After 2day of heavy rain the site entrance has been closed due to flooding of the lower part of the site. We ae still on it but on the lower part the river level is still rising. The Aire next to the site still open.

Hope the weather improves for you. Are you going to stay there or move on? Weather forecast looks much better further south.

We sail on the Calais ferry on Thursday 2nd so will be stopping here until Thursday morning. The river level is starting to go down now but the site is still closed. The aire next to the site is full.

Europe's having a lot of weather issue lately. Friends of ours have been driving through Austria and Switzerland and it's been cold and overcast and I saw pictures of the flash floods in Germany the other day too. I hope it clears up soon or the tourist industry will really suffer.
