I've never used them, and they're probably not cheap, but this firm were on display at the NEC and they say they have a database of sizes for nearly all the models

Hi Paul and Anne
We have a Hobby 650fl

We bought ours from Carpetrite!! The mattress has about 6" of foam and about 1" of memory foam cost was approx £150 (when you buy one it is rolled up very tight and easy to carry home)

We cut it easily with electric carving knife. THE MOST COMFORTABLE MATTRESS WE HAVE EVER SLEPT ON.
