    Hi Folks
Since we got home from France last week we have both had the most awful virus with heavy cold symptoms, exhaustion and a cough. It's far worse than any cold I remember getting before and is still going strong after 9 days.
Do you think bugs we catch in other countries are worse because we don't have the same immunity?
I'm wondering if anyone else has caught something similar over there.

I had it before I went to France this year and it cleared up while I was over there. I didn't give it to you, did I?

Well it looks like we've imported it to Scotland. Thanks for the reassurance. I was beginning to get a bit worried.

No chance - we were there for 6 weeks. I think we caught it in Belgium. Always good to blame the Belgians don't you think? :Rofl1:

I caught it last week - in Ellesmere Port! Chest recovered just about in time for the long flight out here and thankfully didn't annoy fellow passengers en route. Still a bit of a chesty cough, though.
