My cooker knob for my Magic Chief hobb is now swimming it's way from Lincoln...
I ordered a replacement ignitor turner switch at Malvern from Duncan at Star Spangeld Spanner... normally it is the kind of thing he has in his try at the shows... note he is not doing any more shows.... another trader giving them up.
The switch .. has a silly bit of plastic in side to hold it to the spline... not broken just the plastic gets soft and spins on the spline... I have done a temp repair but ordered the new part (despite having the RV up for sale... if it is on the RV it has to work)... anyway yesterday I chased Duncan up and he has had some arrive from the USA and mine is in the post or attempting to swim from Lincoln to Kent as I write... so I did buy something this week after all.
