    what a beautiful creature..(y)
    just looked it up and as dbk says, looks like a fire salamander, they're very long lived apparently, 40 or 50 years, which is amazing for such a small thing, but maybe also because it's quite toxic to predators so they leave it alone..

    have to put a gallery together with the edible dormouse , goats, Salamander and deer from the field the number of animals seen is increasing.

    Saw this one on a walk with Phoebe the other day

    Is it a Gekko or a Common House Lizard or maybe something else? Those two were the nearest I could find. IMG_0935.jpg
