7. I have the mother of all Jackson starter packs so started the beast no problem.
8. Binnacle showed the vehicle with a lock through it warning light . ( vehicle trying to start with a non programmed key , vehicle will not start ) VEHICLE STARTED !

The ECU having a benny because of the excessively low voltage?

If all is working OK now then there is no fault to find so don't worry too much, just keep an eye on it.

Looks like your only problem now is a battery that may have been over discharged and damaged as a result 9.8v is very low

I can only suggest see how things go. The fault warnings rather than the possibly non-existent faults may not reappear now everything is charged up.

Storage (covered) will discharge the batteries over time. There is always a parasitic drain, just depends how large, you are running at the very least Tracker and central locking, probably quite a few other things you don't know about. At least our uncovered storage allows the batteries to keep fully charged on solar.

7 weeks = 1,176 hours say 60Ah to flatten a 100Ah battery to the point of damage, this only needs a parasitic drain of 20th of an amp (50mA) to do the damage. Only thing to do with covered storage is to charge the batteries occasionally either with EHU or a long run.

About the only time our EFOY. kicks in is when the van is in covered storage, two weeks would be as long as the starter battery would last, don't know what but something or various things are drawing on it.
