11yrs, but many years a tugger.
Recently Mike managed to purchase a second hand iBoost on the dreaded Flea-bay. It was promptly delivered, but regretfully not working because it's configuration had been seriously got at and was password locked. The seller did not know the password, but did offer monetary compensation.

Anyway, after lots of backwards and forwards emails in an effort to sort it out the problems, with MotorHomeWiFi, the password defeated us all and the unit had to be sent back to MHWF. A few days later it was back, with the firmware updated and everything set back to how it was, when new. However, because Mike was having a rare not very Super moment, I could still not get it to work on and iPad. On a PC, yes, but not on an iPad.

Further emails followed and Adam, of MHWF, held my hand and guided me through setting it up when Safari want's to play silly sods.

The end of all this is that all is now well, all be it that Mike wishes he simply had bought a new unit in the first place and saved the aggggg.

Considering the unit was not bought from them, MHWF have provided a super customer based service and are throughly recommended.

Hi I looked at that for sale myself, but thought for the little difference I would buy new, I bought the omni version not tried it yet so I also might need guiding in the right direction. Pete

Had a long chat with Adam, who explained the different options I have and,for a young man talking to an old woman, he got it all across really well. Having said that I'm still not 100% sure how much it picks up and all the different pass words on different sites. But I think it's probably best to just bite the bullet. We still haven't been able to figure out how to work the sat nav we had put into the MH before we bought it. Still carry the old faithful TomTom. Probably no hope for us really.

The sort of customer service given by MHW is, well I would say proper old skool, but it is way beyond that.

Absolutely the best possible help and attention to the customer possible (y)(y)

Best item I have ever bought for the MH. When parked up for a night or two I do a scan for signal, if password required it is usually a local eatery, bar etc.
I just then go there and ask for password. GREAT

Using it now in south of Spain. Site gives you a password to use on one device but through iboost we're using 5 devices with that one password, excellent.
