Frankie, we buy couscous in a packet, put it in a bowl, pour on hot stock (sometimes mixed with orange juice), cover and leave until liquid absorbed. Then separate grains with a fork and add things like toasted almonds, chopped dried apricots, spring onions, or parsley, etc.
Perhaps doing it the traditional way would be a good demo for the next meet you're at?

Very unusual but ... why not . I am very "stiff" when it comes to ancestors recipes:RollEyes: arabians don't use folks::bigsmile: fingers only (well I promiss you I am not eating couscous their way !!lol). Couscous the old way needs at least 3 times 10 minutes cooking with steam in a couscoussier (see google) and it is worked 3 times with your fingers and some other ingredient... I will keep it secret until demonstration time:ROFLMAO:

We should have done this at marjal indeed!!
