I am drooling - we bought our 1st MH last year, an elderly (1999) LV, not sure which model but I think an LVX 645. Delighted with it partly because we rarely see another LV.

But,OAT, why did you replace it with a Hymer.

Good luck anyway, I am sure you will come to like your new purchase eventually.
I am asking myself the same question. The LV had limited payload in France, I upgraded it in the UK to 4 tonne but the procedure I could find was almost impossible in France. As we want to travel for longer and carry all our toys we were sailing close to the wind to be legal. The Hymer is nice in a gimicky way but not even close to the LV for design. But I couldn't afford the LV I would have liked,. Ho hum such is life.
Whoever buys it will get a cracking van.
