Ive managed to negotiate 10 spaces at the event below.
It is a bit different as its a show to display your vehicle for the general public to admire.
At the moment there is no camping and its unlikely to change, however it is FREE.
You can arrive as early as Sunday 7.00AM and stay until late afternoon.
There are lots of pubs around and there are lots of sites and wild camping spots to be found so if you want to make a longer trip its up to you.

We need vans that are show quality and need a good variation of types to make an attractive display.
We have 10 spaces so please post on this thread if you want to attend.
I could also do with your van type and length

Classic Shows on behalf of Maple Events Limited is delighted to announce
a new and exciting event on Sunday 2nd July 2017: The Motor Show
at Harewood House incorporating the Yorkshire Classic Car Show.
The event will take place on the lawns directly outside Harewood House
with participants having access to Harewood House (below stairs),
grounds and formal gardens at no additional cost (an additional charge
applies for full access to / tours of Harewood House).
The Motor Show at Harewood will comprise a prestigious motor show featuring
750+ classic and interesting vehicles on display along with trade and autojumble
stalls plus representation from a number of modern car manufacturers. There will
also be a number of premium non-vehicle related retail opportunities, a street food
themed catering village, responsible bars and children’s entertainment. The event
is forecast to attract upwards of 5,000 attendees in the first year and is anticipated
to grow considerably over the next two to three years.
