But Yes clocks went forward ok, got up and ran the Liverpool Half marathon and smashed my personal Best by completing in 2hrs 2 mins, a full 18 mins improvement from January, cant wait for the next one and getting under 2 hrs.,

Plus,

The people of Liverpool were fantastic in cheering everyone on

Sunny here today as has been for the last week or so. Washed van yesterday and polished today so will be nice and clean for Wales on Thursday, then Peterborough, then Yorkshire for a few days. Can't guarantee it will still be clean after that though.
